Meet The Team

Bobby joined Arnold Hill & Co LLP, having worked for a number of years across medium and large Accountancy firms. His experience gained has been across a wide range of clients from SMEs to large overseas international groups, including high net worth individuals operating through complex business structures globally, providing clients with support and assistance across accounting, auditing and tax service lines. He also has experience with FCA registered businesses in the financial services sector, including a variety of investments fund manager, hedge funds, PSD and EMI firms.

Lucy studied mathematics at University College London before joining Arnold Hill & Co as an audit trainee in 1996. Having gained experience dealing with preparing accounts, auditing and taxation she joined the Trust department after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. She had the privilege of becoming their first female partner in 2006.

Rachel joined the firm in Spring 2024, bringing with her over 25 years of experience as an Organisational Performance and Development professional and Executive Coach. With a background in organisational psychology she holds degrees from both Cardiff University and UCL. Rachel’s focus is to help us to harness and develop the natural super-powers of our people to deliver for our clients’ needs and our firms’ ambition and strategy.

David joined the audit team in 2011, and was subsequently promoted to Audit Manager in 2014. David’s audit clients include charities, financial services entities, and trading companies in a variety of sectors. He also works with numerous clients in a non-audit capacity, supervising annual and management accounts preparations and responding to ad hoc queries.

Ava joined Arnold Hill in March 2022 having worked as Audit & Accounts Manager in a top 60 firm. She works with a range of small and medium size clients across a varied client base and has built up specific expertise in the not-for-profit sector, including charities, CICs and CIOs. Ava likes to solve clients’ problems and help them succeed.

Edward graduated from The University of Nottingham studying Chemistry before joining the firm as an audit trainee in October 2016. Since then he has worked with a range of clients and services, building his experience in accounts preparation, management accounts, non-resident landlords and tax. Since qualifying for the ACA at the beginning of 2022 he has taken on the role of Assistant Manager, primarily overseeing annual reporting for a range of NRL portfolios, preparing small management accounts and statutory accounts production under FRS 102 1A, and FRS 105.

Francesca graduated from Newcastle University in June with a degree in Maths and Accounting before joining Arnold Hill as an Audit Trainee and studying for the ACA. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cooking and meeting up with friends.

Ed graduated from University College London with a degree in Geology before joining our audit team as an ACA trainee in July 2017. As a Fellow of the Geological Society of London, Ed maintains his interest in geology by attending lectures when he can. He also enjoys cooking and keeping active by going to the gym.

Cyrus graduated from Coventry University in 2021 with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Cyrus joined the Audit department fresh out of University where he is currently studying towards the ACA qualification. In his spare time Cyrus enjoys travelling, socialising and playing badminton. Cyrus is an avid Manchester United fan.  

Bilal graduated from the City University of London in 2021 with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Bilal joined the Audit department fresh out of University where he is currently studying towards the ACA qualification as a Graduate Audit Trainee. In his spare time, Bilal enjoys reading, travelling and watching a variety of sports, including football and cricket.

Claire studied for a Masters in Mathematics at The University of York and after graduation joined Arnold Hill as a Graduate Audit Trainee in September 2019 where she is currently studying towards the ACA. In Claire’s spare time she enjoys eating out at restaurants, spending time with friends and family, travelling to new places and practicing Archery.

Praneetha has worked in the Accounting sector since 2017 and qualified as ACCA in 2023. She has also graduated in BSc Applied Accounting in collaboration with ACCA and achieved First Class Honors in 2023. Praneetha loves to spend time with family and explore places both inside and outside of the UK.
