With an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the corporate tax sector, Michael has worked with a wide range of businesses, from high-growth startups to multinational corporations, providing tailored tax solutions to help them navigate the ever-evolving tax environment. He has a proven track record of delivering strategic advice on tax planning, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax issues.
Michael has held senior positions at Kreston Reeves, Gravita (previously ABG LLP), Kingston Smith and KPMG where he has developed a reputation for not only providing technical advice but also for building strong, trusted relationships with clients, and is known for his strategic insights and hands-on approach. Throughout his career, Michael has helped clients optimise their tax positions while managing risks and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
