As a leading firm of accountants, auditors and business advisors we offer training contracts with exposure to a diverse range of client sectors including private equity, property, financial services, digital media, education, importers / distributors and international services businesses. Our clients will range from multi-billion pound enterprises and investment funds to smaller entrepreneurial start-ups. We provide a full range of services to our clients including audit, accounting, bookkeeping, tax, fund accounting, corporate finance, strategic advisory, restructuring and succession planning.
The training environment is a close-knit meritocracy with significant exposure to working directly with senior managers and partners from the outset. You will have a ‘buddy’ who will provide intensive support for the first few weeks as you find your way in accountancy / tax and early responsibility to ensure that you’re growing as quickly as you’re comfortable. We use Kaplan and Tolleys as our training providers and we provide fully paid study leave for the first sitting of each exam.
We recruit throughout the year and we encourage applications through the submission of CVs and covering letters to Vacancies@Arnoldhill.co.uk. Graduates typically apply for ACA, CTA and ACCA training contracts and school-leavers for ATT / AAT training contracts. Across a year, we would typically recruit the following number of trainees, although these will always be increased where we see exceptional talent:-
- ICAEW (ACA) training contracts – 5 per annum;
- ATT / CTA training contracts – 2 per annum;
- AAT / ACCA training contracts – 2 per annum.
